1. Introduction

Welcome to EuTalk.

EuTalk is a messaging application developed and hosted entirely in Europe, built with privacy, security, and digital sovereignty at its core. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and how we protect it, in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Key principle: Your conversations are private. We do not read them, analyze them, or monetize them.

2. Who We Are

  • Service name: EuTalk
  • Controller: EuTalk
  • Registered in: European Union (In process)
  • Hosting: European data centers only

For any privacy-related questions, you may contact us at: privacy@eutalk.eu

3. Core Privacy Commitments

EuTalk is designed around the following principles:

  • End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) by default
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for secure key exchange
  • No advertising
  • No tracking
  • No profiling
  • No sale of personal data
  • No data transfers outside the European Union

4. End-to-End Encryption & Security Architecture

All private communications on EuTalk are protected using end-to-end encryption based on public-key cryptography.

This means:

  • Messages are encrypted on the sender's device
  • Only the intended recipient can decrypt them
  • EuTalk servers never have access to message content
  • Private keys are generated and stored on user devices
  • No key escrow, no backdoors

EuTalk infrastructure cannot read, scan, or analyze message content, even if compelled.

5. What Data We Do NOT Collect

EuTalk does not collect:

  • Message contents
  • Voice or video call contents
  • Contact lists uploaded to our servers
  • Advertising identifiers
